Guest Class from Nicky Lloyd Greame!
Renowned salsa teacher Nicky Lloyd Greame will be attending Salsa+ this week, as guest teacher and to answer any questions you may have.
About Nicky:
- Taught (and performed) all over the UK and Europe. Including the UK's biggest weekend events (UK Congress, British Congress, Pontins Weekender, BritFest, GBSex, 5 Star Congress and the Salsa Central Midlands weekender)
- Mentor to StreetSalsa founder Jake Dyson.
- Dances & teaches as both a lead and follow.
- Dances salsa, on1, on2 & cha-cha-cha for 15 years.
- Founded The Salsaholics, a nationally recognised salsa teaching & events company which ran for over 10 years
Salsa+ teacher and StreetSalsa founder Jake Dyson, has received private lessons from Nicky, and made great improvements in his dancing as a result.
On the Night
What you can expect:
- 7pm One-to-One Sessions - grab 15 minutes with our teacher Jake for one-to-one feedback, simply post in the comments if you're interested and we'll book you a slot. Otherwise just get down early and have a dance!
- 8pm Improver Class - a structured freestyle designed to tighten up your fundamental moves and prepare you for our intermediate classes.
- 9pm Intermediate Class - a tricky pattern at an intermediate level designed to stretch you. Don't worry if you don't quite nail this - it's meant to be tricky!
- 10pm Open Freestyle - wall to wall pure salsa music until they kick us out. Plenty of chance to practice what you've learnt or just chill and enjoy the social. Get your dancing shoes on we'll be there until late!
